Who these terms are with

Shuttio (shuttio.com, the “service”) is operated by Venturise OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Shuttio on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that company. Venturise OÜ is registered in Estonia under registry code 17064180, with its registered address at Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415 Tallinn.

What Shuttio does

Shuttio copies data from a CSV file or from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Affinity into an Attio workspace you connect. It mirrors the objects you choose into Attio and shows you every field to review, runs a 50-record sample first for a connected CRM, then creates the objects, attributes, records, notes, tasks, meetings and list entries of the migration you start, and can roll back what a migration created. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@shuttio.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 16 and using Shuttio for business or professional purposes.

Price

Shuttio is free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before you use them, and nothing you have already done will become chargeable retroactively.

Your data, and your responsibility for it

• You keep all rights to the data you migrate. You give us permission to access, process and transfer it only as needed to run the migrations you start.
• You confirm that you have the right to export the data from its source, to import it into your Attio workspace, and to let us process it for that purpose, including any personal data it contains.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of your source CRM and of Attio, and with the laws that apply to the data, including data protection law.
• You are responsible for reviewing the objects and fields before you start a migration, and for checking the sample (when there is one) and the results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• migrate data you have no right to use, or that was collected unlawfully;
• use Shuttio to send spam or to build lists for unsolicited marketing;
• attempt to access another user's account, migrations or connected systems, or probe, scan or test the service's security without our written permission;
• overload the service, circumvent its rate limits, or use it in a way that breaches the API terms of Attio or of your source CRM;
• reverse engineer the service, or resell it, except where the law allows;
• use the service for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

Third-party services

Shuttio works through the APIs of Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Affinity. Those services are provided by their own companies under their own terms. We do not control them, and a change or outage on their side can limit what Shuttio can do.

Shuttio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or Affinity. Their names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what Shuttio connects to.

No warranty

Shuttio is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make migrations complete and reversible, but we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every record will transfer, or that the result will suit your purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your own backup of your source data.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Venturise OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent breach, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending your use

You can stop using Shuttio at any time. Shuttio deletes its access to your systems 14 days after each migration finishes, and you can remove Shuttio in your own CRM's settings at any time. Email support@shuttio.com if you want your account deleted. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice so you can finish or roll back any migrations in progress.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. If you keep using Shuttio after that, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be settled by the Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
