Using Shuttio with Pipedrive

Shuttio moves your Pipedrive persons, organizations, deals, notes, activities and saved filters into Attio. This guide covers installing it, the permissions it asks for, running a migration and uninstalling.

Last updated: 24 September 2026

What it does

Shuttio copies your Pipedrive data into an Attio workspace. It reads your Pipedrive account, mirrors the objects you tick into Attio, shows you every field to review, and starts every run with a free 50-record sample. It only reads from Pipedrive: nothing in your Pipedrive account is changed, moved or deleted. Shuttio is free.

Install and connect

  1. Press Install on the Shuttio listing, or start a migration and choose Pipedrive as the source.
  2. If you don't have a Shuttio account, create one with Google or with an email and password. If you have one, sign in. Either way you come straight back.
  3. On the migration's Connect step, press Connect Pipedrive.Pipedrive shows the permissions Shuttio asks for. Choose the account and approve.
  4. Connect your Attio workspace on the same step. Each migration connects its own source and destination.

The access token is encrypted before it is stored and is never written to a log. It belongs to that one migration, and no other migration can use it.

Permissions Shuttio asks for

Pipedrive scope
baseRead who connected (your user and company), to label the connection and handle uninstalls.
contacts:readRead persons and organizations, their custom fields, and their notes.
deals:readRead deals, their custom fields and notes, and your saved filters.
activities:readRead activities, so meetings become Attio meetings and the rest become tasks.

Every scope is read-only. Shuttio never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Pipedrive account.

Run a migration

  1. Start a migration and choose Pipedrive as the source.
  2. Tick the objects to move. People, companies and deals land in Attio's standard objects; every other object is mirrored 1:1 under its own name.
  3. Review the fields. See where each Pipedrive field lands; keep or skip it, rename it, change its type. Nothing is written to Attio before this point.
  4. Check the free 50-record sample every run starts with, look at it in Attio, then run everything. Records already imported are updated, not duplicated.
  5. Read the results: counts per object, and every row that didn't make it with its reason and a suggested fix.

Cancelling or rolling back a migration deletes the Attio records, notes, tasks and meetings it created. The Attio guide covers the Attio side in full.

Remove access or uninstall

  • In Shuttio: Shuttio revokes its access in Pipedrive and deletes its stored token 14 days after the migration finishes.
  • In Pipedrive: go to Tools and apps → Marketplace apps, find Shuttio and choose Uninstall. Pipedrive tells Shuttio, and Shuttio deletes its stored token.

Removing access doesn't change your Attio or Pipedrive data. To delete your Shuttio account and its migration history, email support@shuttio.com. See the privacy policy for what is kept and for how long.
